Resolved Question: Does the Des Moines airport have full-body scanners?

Trying to avoid subjecting my family to these horrendous things at Christmas. I was surprised the Omaha has them, so that's out, as is Minneapolis and Chicago, obviously. Other possibilities may be Quad Cities, Mason City, or Sioux City. I don't think Ft. Dodge or Waterloo even have airports anymore. I'm not sure if Kansas City, MO has them since they do not have the TSA (THANK GOD!). Anyone know of any place near Iowa that is safe to fly in and out of? Thanks!... Read More »
